Visits to your home or workplace

Sometimes it easier for you if we work at your home or place of work. We will come to you at an arranged time to carry out work on your computer, or we will collect it so that it can be worked on in our workshop.

We always endeavour to keep appointments but sometimes we may be a little late if a previous job overruns. We will always try to contact you if we are going to be very late.

What we do not do

We will not generally do more complex repairs on site or carry out complex software installations or upgrades. This is because some tasks such as backing up data and reinstalling operating systems take a long time, and we keep our costs low by working on more than one machine at a time. If it is essential that we fix your machine on site, then we will do so, but will charge by the hour.
